Any information which we receive from you is for the sole purpose of doing business with you as our customer. We do not send unsolicited e-mails nor do we sell, share or give our customers information to anyone.
Our Guarantee: All of our merchandise is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any purchase you may return it in unused, good condition with the original receipt within 14 days for a full refund or exchange excluding shipping.
Using Our Shopping Cart System:
If you are purchasing a product which is a one of a kind item (such as a sphere) Click on the Add to Shopping Cart button for that item. You may return to our site and select as many items as you like before checking out. The continue shopping button or the back button on your computer will return you to the page you were last viewing.
If you are purchasing items which may be ordered in multiples of the same item such as earrings type the quantity of each item you wish to order, i.e. 1, 2 etc. and click on the Buy Button at the bottom of the page.
When you are ready to check out click on the Go to Shopping Cart Now which will take you to the payment site where you will see an itemized list of the items you have selected. You can manually enter more or less of a specific item and use the recalculate button if you wish.
When you are ready to check out, select your country from the drop down list. Enter your zip code in the zip code box and click on Add Shipping. Select the desired shipping method and click on Add Shipping. Select your state from the drop down list, enter any comments or instructions about your order in the comment box and click on Go to Payments. This adds sales tax only if you are from South Dakota and then takes you to the information boxes for your name, shipping address, etc. Select your preferred method of payment and click continue.
NOTE: In some cases if your order totals above maximum weight limits allowed for international shipping the shopping cart will not calculate postage. If this happens e-mail us for shipping costs.
Credit Cards: The Shopping Cart on Our Site is set up to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you select credit card as your method of payment you will then be taken to our shopping cart's secure site to submit your credit card number. Please note: Yellow Locked Padlock indicating secure site.
Pay Pal: If you select Pay Pal it will take you to the Pay Pal Site to submit payment.
Or you may select one of the other methods of payment which will submit the order to us. Please note that check orders may be delayed until funds clear.
Checks: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries please call: 1-605-666-4813.
When we use the information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
Gift Cards: Our gift
cards may be used the same as a credit card when purchasing from our web site or
retail store. They are not redeemable for cash. Our normal shipping
charges on the products purchased with the gift card will be applied as part of
the purchase. Overages may be paid by pay pal, check, money order or credit
card. Address verification on the purchasing card must match when the ship
to address is other than the purchaser of the Gift Card.

Methods of payment which we do not accept: Cashiers Checks, Credit Cards for which address verification can not be confirmed.
To Save you Money, if it is less expensive and if your order will fit inside a Flat Rate Priority mail parcel, either a medium flat rate box $13.00, a larger flat rate box $18.00 or or flat rate envelope $8.50 we will reduce your shipping costs and ship accordingly.
A note about our shipments: In most cases, we will ship either the same day or next day after receipt of payment. Therefore if you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time let us know so that we can make sure that something has not gone wrong.
One Final Note:
All items in our Online Store are subject to stock on hand. If we do not have what you ordered or if you have purchased a sold or out of stock item, we reserve the right to make adjustments and substitutes as needed.
