The Mini-Sonic Tumblers operate without any moving parts such as shafts, belts, pulleys, eccentric weight or even a motor. It operates on a unique principle employing interrupted electrical current that provides vibration as the driving force powering the rotation of the load. Operating frequency is in excess of 3,500 vibrations per minute.

This Model MT-4 mini-Sonic tumbler is larger than KG-1 above with a load capacity of approximately 4 lbs.  It has a variable speed control so that you can control the speed of rotation.

The double pulley drive on the barrel rollers eliminates barrel slippage. Roller shafts are polyurethane covered. Rollers are mounted on heavy duty bronze bearings. Roller bearing barrel guides keep barrels aligned. This unit includes a 1⁄3 HP motor with three wire cord and switch. The motor is mounted inside the base.
